Terms and conditions of sell

Access to the structure:

Check in time: from 12:00
Check-out time: until 10:00

What is included in the treatment

B & B: overnight stay with breakfast.
Half Board: overnight stay with breakfast and a meal (lunch or dinner).
Full Board: overnight stay with breakfast and two meals (lunch and dinner).
All Inclusive: overnight stay with breakfast, two meals, beach service (minimum 2 people, one umbrella and two beds), drinks with meals (water, wine or soft drinks) and daily newspaper every morning.

Anything not expressly indicated as included in the treatment is to be considered excluded.

Children and extra beds:

Children up to 1 year stay free. It is possible to request a baby cot for free for children up to 1 year.
Children from 1 to 6 years old can stay in extra beds with a discount of 50%, those from 7 to 12 years at a discount of 20%, while from 13 to 14 years at a discount of 10%.

Deposit payment:

It is necessary to pay a deposit at the time of booking for an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the stay.

Once the deposit has been paid, it is necessary to send a communication to the hotel with the payment details to the email address of the hotel.
The remaining sum will be paid in the hotel.

Cancellation terms:

If the reservation is canceled up to the day before the check-in date, the deposit can be re-used for another stay within the season.

If the cancellation occurs after this term, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

Advance payment by bank transfer or Paypal:

If the full amount has been paid at the time of booking, please send proof of payment by bank transfer or Paypal via email.
In case of cancellation, for a refund or for a possible modification of the reservation, contact the hotel directly.

Booking changes:

For changes to the dates of stay or the type of room or treatment, you must contact the hotel directly, until the day before check in, subject to availability by the management.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not required for the Municipality of Bellaria Igea Marina.

Receipts and Invoices

Our reservation system does not require the invoice (or receipt or receipt) to be sent to a consumer (not a VAT number), according to art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and the article 2, letter oo) of the DPR December 21st 1996, n. 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274 / E of November 5, 2009).

Generally, a consumer does not need an invoice. In order to guarantee the reservation, you can, in fact, keep the receipt of your booking, sent by e-mail after confirmation.

If you still wish to request an invoice, contact the hotel no later than 72 hours after confirmation, specifying the details to which the invoice must be entered.


Value added tax is included and is 10%.
